How to play Minesweeper
Minesweeper is free in the browser with Beginner 9x9, Intermediate 16x16, and Expert 16x30. Your first click is always safe.
Steps
- Choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert.
- Click a cell to reveal it. The first click is never a mine.
- A number shows how many mines touch that cell.
- Right-click or long-press to flag a mine. On a phone, move your finger off the cell if you started a scroll.
- Chord a satisfied number by clicking it to open the rest of its neighbors. Clear every safe cell to win.
