Is Klondike Solitaire free to play?
Yes. Klondike Solitaire is free in the browser on Play Online Games. There is no download and no account.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Open the play page on a phone, desktop, or Chromebook. The game runs in the tab.
How do you play Solitaire?
Build the four foundations from Ace to King by suit. On the tableau, stack cards in descending rank with alternating colors. Click or drag a card to a legal pile. Double-click sends a card up. Empty columns take Kings. Draw 1 or Draw 3 from the stock. Hint and Send up are on the toolbar.
When do daily puzzles reset?
Daily Five, the Mini Crossword, Prompt Brawl’s daily boss, and the Water Sort daily puzzle reset at midnight Eastern Time. Other games can be replayed any time.
What is the difference between Draw 1 and Draw 3?
Draw 1 turns one stock card at a time. Draw 3 turns three and plays the top card. Draw 1 is easier. Both modes are on the same play page.
Can I undo a move?
Yes. Use Undo on the Solitaire toolbar. The timer keeps running.
Can I drag cards and get a hint?
Yes. Drag cards to a legal pile, or click to select and click a pile. Hint shows a useful move. Send up moves every card that can go to the foundations.
What are some Klondike Solitaire tips?
Prefer Draw 1 while you learn. Empty columns take Kings only, so do not clear a column unless you have a King. Undo is on the toolbar if a line goes dead. Double-click a card to send it to its foundation.
